Remote Support Well over 90% of solutions to technical problems can be delivered by Remote Access support, thereby reducing unnecessary on-site support costs and saving considerable time. A secure connection is setup between our offices and your premises to facilitate this service and our engineers dial-on to your server or individual computer to resolve any issues with the minimum of downtime and inconvenience.
On-site SupportOccasionally when network issues cannot be resolved remotely, it will be necessary for one of our engineers to attend site to fix the problem. Akita Systems offer an extremely prompt and proactive service with response times to fit in with your requirements which are agreed at the start of the agreement.

Therefore, critical applications or machines will be viewed as requiring more urgent attention and typically these will fall under a 1 or 2 hour on-site response time. Where issues are less pressing but still require an one-site presence, the appropriate course of action will be agreed with the client in order that any downtime or inconvenience is kept to an absolute minimum. |
