You may wonder where the name Akita Systems originates from. Akita is a breed of large dog originating in Japan. The similarities are marked - Akitas are devoted protectors of children in its pack, and it is said that Japanese mothers often left their children with only the Akitas to watch over and protect them. They are excellent house dogs although require moderate, but regular exercise. Akitas are highly intelligent and known for their loyalty. However, like some of our engineers, if they are left unattended for too long, they can develop personality problems, and may become destructive due to boredom (don't worry, we ensure that our engineers are kept occupied at all times!)
